Prices are per person per day and inclusive of room night, breakfast and the use of our services. The prices are valid throughout the year.
We would like to point out that, unlike almost all other establishments, our prices are:
CLEAR: there are no fees, either obvious or hidden, due to services that should be included in the price but are unexpectedly added;
FIXED all year round, therefore low: we do not raise prices during peak periods;
CONSISTENT: you will not find sites where our prices are inflated to cover commissions to be paid to the so-called OTA (Online Travel Agent), which are nothing more than the old business model of travel agencies adapted to the web. Accommodations that advertise their activities through these sites (Booking, Expedia, etc.) must pay a commission every time a customer books through the OTA site; a commission that obviously falls on the final price paid by the customer. This means that for the same room, in the same place and with the same services, significantly different prices are paid. This does not happen with us!
OUR ONLY REAL, TRANSPARENT AND UNIMPEACHABLE PRICE LIST CAN BE FOUND ONLY ON OUR WEBSITE.
CONDITIONS:
1) Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. After this time, the reservation will be considered cancelled and it will no longer be possible to access the structure. No exceptions will be made, even for traffic or any kind of unforeseen event.
2) Entry to the property is prohibited for relatives, friends, and anyone who is not a guest of the B&B.
3) Personalized breakfasts for celiacs, diabetics or any other special dietary needs are NOT possible; moreover, it is not allowed to have lunch or dinner inside the B&B.
4) Pets are NOT allowed.
5) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the B&B premises.
